  8. The following terms and conditions should  be read 
  9. before using this software.  Unless otherwise stated, by using this software
  10. you indicate your acceptance of this license agreement
  11. and warranty.

  13. One registered copy of Hezal Player may either be used by a single
  14. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  15. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  16. multiple people, but not both.

  18. No registered user, nor anyone else, may alter or modify the  
  19. Software. You cannot give anyone else permission to modify the Software.

  21. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  22. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  23. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  24. various hardware and software environments into which Hezal Player
  25. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  26. OFFERED.

  28. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  29. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  30. REPLACEMENT.

  32. This is not a free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  33. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  34. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  35. after the 30 day evaluation period, a registration fee of $10 is
  36. required.  Payments can be in US dollars, or equivaliant amoumt of 
  37. money unit of any member country of Europian Community
